It’s a holistic approach to personal and professional development rooted in Integral Theory and developmental psychology. Unlike many coaching models that emphasize one dimension—like productivity, emotion, or relationships—Integral Coaching pays attention to the whole of your experience and development as a human being: mind, body, emotions, language, purpose, relationships, culture, and spirituality.
By understanding how all of these elements interact, I can identify what will create the most meaningful and lasting shift for you, and adapt as you grow.
Integral Coaching also emphasizes the development of deep inner capacities—like clarity, or grounded presence—that apply across every domain of life.
In summary, Integral Coaching:
Grounds assessments in rigorous developmental models
Attends to your whole personhood
Cultivates qualities that are transferable across all domains of life
Provides specific practices and recommendations
Works with you over time to create lasting change

This might be TL;DR but I want to be thorough!
We begin by exploring your patterns and your unique context—to identify what supports you and what may be holding you back. After an initial assessment, I’ll suggest ways to reframe how you relate to certain things and introduce tools and practices to enhance your self-exploration in the direction of our focus. Everything’s tailored to you, but this often involves becoming more aware of inner stories, strengthening emotional regulation, building mental fitness, deepening connection to your body, shifting relationship dynamics, or integrating trauma. Whatever arises, the focus is on becoming more aware of what’s present, so more choice becomes available. Because we don’t have choice when we are reacting.
Much of what holds us back lives beneath our conscious awareness—beliefs, emotional patterns, and relational habits that once protected us but now limit us. Together, we uncover their impact and gently loosen what no longer serves, which creates space for new ways of being to emerge. This work is grounded in presence, attunement, and curiosity and it draws from both biopsychosocial and transpersonal dimensions.
Alongside a foundation of Integral Coaching®, I draw from a wide range of trauma-informed practices and modalities, including:
Relational attunement and Presencing practices like Transparent Communication and Co-sensing
Human development frameworks
Awareness-based Systems Thinking and generative leadership practices
Mental fitness practices like Positive Psychology
Coherence and self-regulation techniques including HeartMath®
Somatic awareness and nervous system practices
Inner child work, parts work and shadow integration
Contemplative practices from wisdom traditions
Energy healing and imprints from the energetic field

We begin with a 90-minute in-depth discovery conversation called an Intake Session to understand who you are — your values, commitments, current context, inner narratives, cultural context and a number of other things. We’ll also discuss what you most want to explore or shift. This helps us clarify the focus and desired outcomes of your coaching journey.
If we are working in a corporate context, I may also take into account performance assessments, feedback from colleagues, or other tools that provide perspective and insight
From there, we’ll have a brief call to discuss the purpose and outcomes of our coaching engagement. The purpose and outcomes are the specific capacities and practices that will support your development and while I will propose them, we’ll finalize them with your full engagement, because this coaching journey is about you.
In the session that follows your Intake session, which is really our first coaching conversation, I’ll share some reflections with you about what I heard in our Intake Session and I’ll invite you into a new way of seeing things, which I call a deeper narrative. We’ll touch on how that may be more expansive than your current narrative. We’ll also talk about all the qualities that came through in our intake session.
During that session, I’ll invite you into some practices and self-awareness exercises. Depending on your goals, this may include reflective exercises, meditations, movement practices, journaling —or any number of things that can support our work and your well-being. They’ll always incorporate multiple types of awareness such as mental, emotional and somatic.
Throughout our engagement you’ll meet privately with me — typically every other week — in 75-minute sessions designed to bring awareness into action. Between sessions, you’ll engage in the tailored practices or reflections that help you integrate insights into real-world contexts.
As we work together, I offer perspective, guidance, and practical tools — helping you see patterns more clearly, work skillfully with challenges, and build the inner and relational capacities that support lasting change.
As we complete an engagement, we’ll identify and celebrate the changes that have occurred and put in place a plan for you to continue to thrive.
Ultimately, coaching is about cultivating your ability for self-generation and self-correction — the capacity to sustain growth long after our formal work concludes.

I work with clients for six months or more, typically twice a month. The reason for this is that it takes time to build awareness and integrate change in a sustainable way. A typical one-on-one coaching engagement might span anywhere from six to eighteen months, but we can work together longer term as well. You may also find as we work together that your teams, team members and/or organization could benefit from coaching or workshops that align with what you’ve learned so there are different ways for us to work together as well, if that’s something you become interested in.

You can send me a message through my website and I’ll respond within 24-48 hours. If we decide to connect 1:1, I’ll share a calendar link or suggest some times to schedule a free Discovery Call so we can talk about how you might benefit from coaching and whether it could make sense for us to work together.
If you decide you’re a yes, we’ll document our coaching engagement with a coaching agreement and pre-schedule your coaching sessions. In order to secure your session times, you’ll pay for your engagement upfront.
-
We’ll typically hold our sessions over Zoom unless there is a reason for us to make alternative arrangements for one or more sessions. For example, if I am working with more than one member of a team or we are exploring organizational work together, we may decide it makes sense for some of our work to happen in person. But everything will be clearly discussed upfront and documented in our agreement.

You can pay via Zelle, Venmo or credit card through Stripe. Payment is due at the time of signing the coaching agreement. I’m happy to discuss package options so you can determine what’s right for you.
