MY APPROACH
We begin by meeting you right where you are.
Agency is your ability to direct your life — to make choices based on what matters to you, act instead of react, and feel like you have the skills and resources to accomplish what you want to accomplish. It’s one of the strongest indicators of personal competence and well-being.
As a coach, I’m deeply interested in how I can help you access more of your agency. When you feel more agentic, you have a grounded sense of possibility. You sense, “I can do this”, even if it’s challenging and requires methodical planning and skilled action.
One of the questions I often hold is:
“What developmental energy would support this person right now?”
Because the places inside you that feel least agentic usually reflect the ways you may not have been fully supported earlier in life. These parts of you can feel young, unsure, or under-resourced. My work is to help you connect with those spots, bring compassion and support to them, and strengthen your capacity to act from your authentic self — the one that holds your highest possibilities.
FOUR DIMENSIONS
I focus on four dimensions that work together to help you grow your agency. Through them, you begin to address root causes rather than symptoms. You build a steadier internal foundation, see yourself and life with greater clarity, act with intention, and stay connected to what matters most. This creates the conditions for meaningful, grounded, lasting change — a doorway into the next fuller, truer version of you.
Growing Up
Growing Up strengthens your foundation. It enables you to meet complexity and deepens how you relate to yourself and others. You increase emotional maturity, perspective, and the capacity to take responsibility for your inner and outer world.
Waking Up
Waking Up connects you to a deeper sense of who you are. It shifts you from living through accomplishment, obligation, or external validation to living from purpose, alignment, and inner freedom.
Nervous System Capacity
Transformation happens through our bodies, not our minds. Somatic stability is what allows growth to hold. It helps you stay regulated, centered, and resourced in moments of challenge. This is what makes transformation sustainable.
Trauma Healing
When an experience registers inside you as trauma, you create an adaptive pattern around a ‘frozen’ spot in your nervous system. To stop repeating the pattern and choose something new, you need to meet the inner tension in that unmet spot. This restores safety, connection, and forward movement.
WHY IT WORKS
Something healing happens when you allow yourself to be seen and supported with presence, safety, and attunement.
When you gently bring awareness to the parts of yourself you’ve suppressed or judged in a safe, relational space, those parts begin to integrate.
When you pair this with nervous system capacity-building, something new becomes possible.
Old patterns loosen, new choices emerge, and you begin relating to yourself, others, and life from a deeper, more grounded place.
Most of us move through the world inside an unseen filter — a way of interpreting reality shaped by past experience.
Coaching helps you see that filter.
And the moment you can see it, it’s already loosening and you’re in contact with the self that’s growing beyond it.
